Join a driven and collaborative team as a Outside Sales Account Manager within our clients Mobile Systems Integration Group! If you thrive on solving complex challenges, building lasting customer relationships, and driving innovation in mobile OEM equipment, this is your opportunity.
You’ll be the ignition point for helping customers bring advanced vehicle concepts—like work truck prototyping, vehicle electrification, and hydraulic manifold integration—from vision to reality.
Our client serves a wide range of industries including agriculture, construction, utilities, municipalities, and rail, offering tailored fluid power and electronic control solutions.
What You'll Do:
- Serve as the technical sales expert for fluid power and controls on mobile equipment
- Manage and grow a protected territory of assigned accounts
- Partner with engineering, inside sales, and customer service teams to deliver integrated solutions
- Utilize CRM (NetSuite) to maintain accurate pipelines and track opportunities
- Develop tangible value propositions and ROI-based solutions that help customers build better machines
- Actively pursue and develop new high-potential accounts
What You Bring:
- Strong knowledge of fluid power systems and controls, including mobile applications
- Familiarity with electrical and proportional controls is a plus
- Superior communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented mindset
- Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive)
- Preferred: Fluid Power Specialist Certification (IFPS)
