𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗢𝗣𝗣𝗢𝗥𝗧𝗨𝗡𝗜𝗧𝘆
You'll join the night shift maintenance crew supporting fully automated production lines in a high-volume manufacturing environment. This is a hands-on role where no two nights are the same. You'll be troubleshooting electrical and mechanical issues, running PMs, and keeping the lines moving. The team is growing, the equipment is modern, and the facility genuinely values technicians who take ownership of their work.

𝗪𝗛𝗔𝗧 𝗬𝗢𝗨'𝗟𝗟 𝗕𝗘 𝗗𝗢𝗜𝗡𝗚
• Troubleshoot and repair automated production line equipment during night shift
• Diagnose and resolve electrical faults including 480V three-phase systems and motor controls
• Work with PLC-controlled systems to identify and clear faults (Siemens and Allen-Bradley)
• Perform preventive maintenance tasks and document work in the CMMS
• Support mechanical repairs on conveyors, packaging lines, and automated production equipment
• Respond to line-down situations and work with urgency to restore production

𝗤𝗨𝗔𝗟𝗜𝗙𝗜𝗖𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡𝗦
𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗱:
• 4+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
• Hands-on experience with automated production systems or production line equipment (not just components)
• Electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills
• PLC experience (Allen-Bradley or Siemens)
• Availability for night shift: 6:00 PM to 6:30 AM, 2-2-3 rotating schedule
𝗕𝗼𝗻𝘂𝘀 𝗣𝗼𝗶𝗻𝘁𝘀:
• Food or beverage manufacturing background
• VFD experience
• CMMS experience (any platform)

𝗖𝗢𝗠𝗣𝗘𝗡𝗦𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡 𝗔𝗡𝗗 𝗕𝗘𝗡𝗘𝗙𝗜𝗧𝗦
• 𝗣𝗮𝘆: $30-$45/hr depending on experience and skill level
• 𝗦𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗱𝘂𝗹𝗲: Night shift, 6:00 PM to 6:30 AM, 2-2-3 rotation (12-hour shifts, more days off per month)
