The Opportunity Lead accounting operations across multiple locations in Mexico, managing a team of professionals while collaborating with US stakeholders. This role offers significant growth potential within a stable, innovative organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop accounting teams across CDMX and another important city in central Mexico
• Manage monthly close processes, financial reporting, and SOX compliance
• Ensure timely execution of fiscal responsibilities and tax compliance
• Lead accounting projects in collaboration with the Finance Director

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (MBA preferred)
• 7+ years of accounting experience
• SOX compliance expertise
• CPA or local equivalent
• Bilingual English/Spanish proficiency
• Strong technical skills including advanced Excel

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary: $85,000 MXN to $87,000 MXN per month, based on experience
• Up to 15% bonus over annual remuneration

Location & Travel

• Based in the north area of Mexico City (CDMX)
• Travel within the country once a quarter
• Occasional US travel required
