You've been answering calls, solving problems, and keeping clients happy. Now it's time to grow. Our client, a well-established personal lines insurance agency, is hiring a Personal Lines Account Manager with full training and mentorship for candidates coming from customer service and insurance support roles.


You'll manage client relationships, work directly with carriers, and build real expertise in personal lines insurance. This is a hands-on path from service rep to account manager.


What You'll Do

  • Manage and maintain insurance needs for existing clients
  • Support onboarding of new clients
  • Build relationships with insurance carriers and underwriters
  • Review existing policies and recommend changes
  • Support coverage and pricing negotiations with carriers
  • Advise clients on their insurance options
  • Prepare and deliver client presentations
  • Track and report on client insurance needs


What You Bring

  • 2+ years in Property and Casualty insurance (service, support, or similar roles count)
  • College degree in business, finance, or related field
  • Willingness to obtain a California P&C license (or already licensed)
  • Strong communication and client-facing skills
