Our client is a real estate investment company specializing in residential wholesaling. We are actively building consistent deal flow across select U.S. markets, with plans to expand into additional markets as the business grows.


We are seeking a reliable and disciplined Virtual Assistant to support outbound cold calling, follow-up text messaging, and CRM management. This is a long-term position with growth potential as our company scales.


Job Description


This position focuses on generating and qualifying motivated seller leads through structured outbound communication while maintaining accurate CRM records and

consistent daily reporting.


Core Responsibilities


● Cold call off-market property owners using Google Voice and an assigned dialer

● Identify and qualify motivated sellers

● Collect accurate property and seller information

● Log detailed notes and update lead status in Airtable CRM

● Schedule and manage follow-ups within Airtable

● Send follow-up and light outbound SMS messages using TextMagic

● Record SMS conversations within the CRM

● Provide structured daily performance reports

● Communicate regularly with our team via WhatsApp


Work Schedule


● 20 hours per week

● Approximately 4 hours per workday

● 3–4 hours of active dialing per shift

● Flexible within U.S. calling hours (to be coordinated with the team)


Performance Expectations


● Minimum 80+ dials per day

● Weekly target of 400+ dials

● Professional and confident communication with U.S. property owners

● Consistent and accurate CRM updates

● Clear daily reporting including:

● Total dials

● Conversations

● Warm leads

● Hot leads

● SMS activity


Systems & Tools


● Airtable (CRM management)

● PropStream (lead generation and skip tracing)

● Google Voice + single-line dialer (outbound calling)

● TextMagic (SMS follow-up)

● WhatsApp (team communication)
