Recruiting Coordinator (Bilingual – Spanish/English)


Position Overview


We are exploring the addition of a proactive and organized Recruiting Coordinator to support internal operations. This role will assist with recruiting, onboarding, and HR-related administrative tasks and is ideal for a bilingual self-starter who can follow checklists and manage multiple workflows.


Key Responsibilities


  • Review resumes and conduct initial candidate screenings (Spanish/English fluency required)
  • Schedule interviews and coordinate calendars
  • Support onboarding by collecting documentation, coordinating background checks, and reference checks
  • Assist with setting up new hires in payroll systems
  • Help process payroll and maintain HR records
  • Collect and track clinician credentials (licenses, insurance, compliance documents)
  • Provide general administrative and operational support as needed


Required Qualifications


  • Fluency in Spanish and English (spoken and written)
  • Prior experience in HR coordination, recruiting, or administrative support
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to follow detailed instructions and checklists
  • Comfort handling confidential employee and candidate information
  • Reliable, proactive, and adaptable to evolving tasks


Role Details


  • Part-time to start (approximately 20 hours per week), with potential to grow into a full-time role
  • Flexible schedule, ideally mid-day availability
