Recruiting Coordinator (Bilingual – Spanish/English)
Position Overview
We are exploring the addition of a proactive and organized Recruiting Coordinator to support internal operations. This role will assist with recruiting, onboarding, and HR-related administrative tasks and is ideal for a bilingual self-starter who can follow checklists and manage multiple workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Review resumes and conduct initial candidate screenings (Spanish/English fluency required)
- Schedule interviews and coordinate calendars
- Support onboarding by collecting documentation, coordinating background checks, and reference checks
- Assist with setting up new hires in payroll systems
- Help process payroll and maintain HR records
- Collect and track clinician credentials (licenses, insurance, compliance documents)
- Provide general administrative and operational support as needed
Required Qualifications
- Fluency in Spanish and English (spoken and written)
- Prior experience in HR coordination, recruiting, or administrative support
- Strong organizational skills and ability to follow detailed instructions and checklists
- Comfort handling confidential employee and candidate information
- Reliable, proactive, and adaptable to evolving tasks
Role Details
- Part-time to start (approximately 20 hours per week), with potential to grow into a full-time role
- Flexible schedule, ideally mid-day availability
