Position Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to provide administrative support and manage basic bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks. The ideal candidate is proactive, tech-savvy, reliable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced remote environment. This role requires excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail, especially when handling financial data.
Key Responsibilities
Administrative Support
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and organize appointments
- Handle email correspondence and maintain communication with clients, vendors, and team members
- Prepare and organize digital files, documents, and reports
QuickBooks & Bookkeeping Tasks
- Enter and categorize transactions accurately
- Reconcile bank and credit card accounts
- Generate invoices, track payments, and follow up on outstanding balances
- Process bills and manage accounts payable
- Prepare basic financial reports (e.g., P&L summaries, expense reports)
- Maintain clean and organized financial records
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or similar administrative role
- Hands-on experience with QuickBooks (Online preferred)
- Strong understanding of basic bookkeeping principles
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High level of accuracy, organization, and attention to detail
- Proficiency with productivity tools (Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, project management tools, etc.)
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks at once
