Position Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to provide administrative support and manage basic bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks. The ideal candidate is proactive, tech-savvy, reliable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced remote environment. This role requires excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail, especially when handling financial data.


Key Responsibilities


Administrative Support

  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and organize appointments
  • Handle email correspondence and maintain communication with clients, vendors, and team members
  • Prepare and organize digital files, documents, and reports


QuickBooks & Bookkeeping Tasks

  • Enter and categorize transactions accurately
  • Reconcile bank and credit card accounts
  • Generate invoices, track payments, and follow up on outstanding balances
  • Process bills and manage accounts payable
  • Prepare basic financial reports (e.g., P&L summaries, expense reports)
  • Maintain clean and organized financial records



Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or similar administrative role
  • Hands-on experience with QuickBooks (Online preferred)
  • Strong understanding of basic bookkeeping principles
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High level of accuracy, organization, and attention to detail
  • Proficiency with productivity tools (Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, project management tools, etc.)
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks at once
