An online education company managing a monthly Meta Ads budget of $100,000–$200,000 is seeking one in-house Ad Creative Graphic Designer (remote, long-term) to produce high-performing static creatives for courses and webinar funnels.


This role is not open to agencies or freelancers. The company is looking for a dedicated team member focused on performance and scalability.


Role & Responsibilities


The candidate will:

  • Design static ad creatives for Meta platforms (Facebook and Instagram)
  • Produce high-converting, scroll-stopping creatives focused on direct response (not branding)
  • Develop multiple variations per concept (headlines, colors, layouts)
  • Collaborate closely with the media buyer using briefs and swipe files

Requirements


The candidate must have:

  • 2–4+ years of experience designing paid social ad creatives (Meta)
  • A strong portfolio showcasing direct response ads (not logos or branding work)
  • Experience working alongside a media buyer or performance marketing team
  • Up-to-date knowledge of winning ad creative formats
  • Experience creating ads for courses and webinar funnels

  • Scroll-stopping design principles
  • Visual hierarchy and contrast
  • Mobile-first design
  • Hook → body → CTA structure


Technical Skills


The candidate is proficient in:

  • Figma, Canva, and/or Adobe Suite (Photoshop and Illustrator)
  • AI image generation tools
  • Producing 3–5 variations per concept efficiently
  • Meta ad specifications, including feed, story, and Reels safe zones


Output Expectations


The candidate is expected to:

  • Deliver high-volume output (25–50 static creatives per day)
  • Maintain clean and organized files (layered files, naming conventions, exports)
  • Iterate quickly, prioritizing performance over perfection


Preferred Attributes


The ideal candidate:

  • Has a performance-first mindset (prioritizing conversions over aesthetics)
  • Takes direction well while proactively contributing ideas
  • Is comfortable working from briefs and references
  • Is responsive and reliable using tools such as Slack and ClickUp


Bonus Skills


  • Motion graphics or light animation (GIFs)
  • Basic video editing
  • Experience in information or education products

  1. A portfolio of top-performing Meta ad creatives (preferably in wellness and/or education), including results where possible
  2. A clear estimate of how many creatives can be produced weekly with a defined brief


Compensation

  • Base salary: $1,500–$2,000/month
  • Performance-based bonuses
