What'll You'll Do


  • Lead and shape the global operations strategy across UK and US teams, including project and resource management, IT compliance, supplier partnerships, and financial oversight.
  • Provide senior leadership balancing strategic oversight with hands-on support when needed.
  • Mentor and coach setting clear guardrails around roles, responsibilities, and decision-making.
  • Partner closely with senior leadership to align operations with business growth, client delivery, and long-term priorities.
  • Oversee financial operations, including forecasting, budget governance, margin oversight, and commercial decision-making.
  • Own compliance and risk governance, ensuring robust policies, SOPs, audits, and adherence to regulatory, contractual, and ethical standards (e.g., data privacy, information security, responsible AI).
  • Lead IT and AI initiatives, including managing external IT partners, defining technology and AI roadmaps, and establishing policies for new tools and systems.
  • Set strategic direction for vendor and supplier management, ensuring strong performance, compliance, and responsible procurement practices.
  • Foster a collaborative, high-performing culture that supports consistency, accountability, and operational excellence as the business scales.


What You'll Bring

  • Significant senior-level operations leadership experience within pharmaceutical market research or consulting.
  • Proven track record leading multi-office or global operations, with accountability for strategy, governance, and execution.
  • Strong people leadership and mentorship skills, with experience leading and developing operations teams.
  • Ability to be confident, diplomatic, and decisive, building relationships and trust with external stakeholders.
  • Hands-on mindset with the judgment to step in when required while maintaining a strategic view.
  • Deep experience overseeing compliance frameworks, including data protection, audits, SOPs, information security, and regulated environments.
  • Solid financial and commercial acumen, with experience overseeing budgets, P&L, forecasting, and cost control.
  • Experience leading or partnering on IT, information security, and AI initiatives, including vendor oversight and policy development.
  • Background in improving or scaling operations in a growing, entrepreneurial organization.
