What You’ll Do

• Contribute to day-to-day tasks in executing primary market research studies within the pharmaceutical space
• Help shape research approaches, aligning objectives with the right qualitative and quantitative methods
• Draft and refine research tools, including discussion guides, surveys, and data analytics
• Coordinate closely with field and data partners to keep projects running smoothly
• Participate in interviews and contribute to meaningful interpretation of findings
• Translate data into clear, structured insights that support commercial decision-making
• Help prepare client-ready materials and contribute to presentations
• Keep projects on track - managing deadlines, updates, and day-to-day logistics
• Build knowledge across therapy areas, industry knowledge, and client business challenges
• Contribute to a growing U.S. team while collaborating with international colleagues

What You’ll Bring

• 3+ years of experience conducting primary pharmaceutical market research
• Exposure to both qualitative and quantitative study designs
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple moving pieces
• Comfort working directly with clients and cross-functional teams
• Understanding of pharmaceutical brand and launch dynamics
• A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset
• Interest in continuing to refine research craft and industry knowledge
• Able to travel occasionally
