Job Overview


They are seeking a highly experienced Senior Director who will play a pivotal role in leading and overseeing the primary research capability. You will leverage research insights to develop strategies, branding, and experiences that resonate with your clients' target audience and drive business growth.


The Senior Director will be responsible for building and maintaining solid relationships with existing clients, seeking opportunities to grow business within existing accounts, and developing strategies in partnership with leadership to expand their client base.


What You'll Do


  • Own all aspects of qualitative and quantitative research projects for multiple clients.
  • Work collaboratively with external resources.
  • Manage and lead teams as the business grows.


What You'll Bring


  • Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
  • 8+ years of experience in healthcare (pharmaceutical, biotech, medical device) market research with a strong understanding of qualitative and quantitative methods.
  • Proven ability to manage relationships with key clients and develop business within existing accounts (organic business development)
  • Develop strategies with leadership to expand their client base to develop new business opportunities.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and manage teams.

Salary Range $140k to $160k, depending on skills and experience.
