What You'll Do

  • Lead the proposal, design, and execution of qualitative and quantitative research studies for pharmaceutical clients with a strong focus on qualitative studies.
  • Proactively generate new business by promoting pharmaceutical market research services through targeted outreach, networking, and industry engagement
  • Moderate IDIs and focus groups with a variety of stakeholders, including doctors, patients, and their caregivers.
  • Analyze and translate findings into strategic insights and clear recommendations.
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline of new opportunities through industry connections, referrals, and proactive prospecting, identifying pharmaceutical companies that can benefit from custom market research and strategic insights
  • Lead early-stage sales conversations with pharmaceutical brand and commercial teams, positioning tailored market research solutions to address key business questions
  • Build and maintain trusted, long-term client relationships
  • Identify opportunities for growth with existing clients and pursue new business leads.
  • Take ownership of personal revenue targets while contributing to the overall growth of the firm’s market research consulting business
  • Mentor junior researchers and contribute to team development.


What You'll Bring

  • 8+ years of experience within a pharmaceutical or healthcare market research agency or consultancy
  • A demonstrated track record of winning new business and generating revenue from pharmaceutical and life sciences clients
  • Strong background in qualitative and quantitative methods, including moderating with HCPs and patients.
  • Ability to craft compelling, insight-driven narratives for clients.
  • Proven success in business development with new and existing clients in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage senior client stakeholders
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.

Competitive base salary up to $200K based on experience
