What'll You'll Do


  • Grow business by deepening relationships with existing clients and identifying opportunities to expand work with them
  • Lead the development of customized proposals and pitch innovative methodologies across qualitative and quantitative pharmaceutical projects
  • Act as a strategic advisor to pharmaceutical clients, helping them think through challenges and get to the “why” behind their research needs
  • Drive new business by securing new client wins and building a foundation for long-term partnerships within the pharmaceutical market research industry
  • Collaborate with internal experts to deliver a seamless, high-quality experience across every touchpoint
  • Champion a strong, supportive team culture by mentoring junior staff and modeling best practices in communication, delivery, and leadership
  • Contribute to internal initiatives, team training, and culture-building efforts
  • Stay curious and forward-thinking - exploring new tools (like AI) and creative ways to improve client outputs and team efficiency


What You'll Bring


Proven success leading client relationships and driving revenue growth in the pharmaceutical market research industry

Experience gained working for a market research agency or consultancy, with a strong understanding of pharmaceutical clients and their needs

A solid track record of expanding existing accounts and winning new business opportunities

Strategic mindset with the ability to think beyond the brief and deliver lasting value

Strong experience designing and delivering both qualitative and quantitative market research

A confident, consultative communication style with the ability to uncover client needs and align them with the right solution

Natural leadership presence - someone who leads by example and inspires those around them

Clear written and verbal communication skills, strong attention to detail, and a reputation for delivering accurate, client-ready work

Comfort juggling multiple priorities and adapting to shifting client or team needs

A collaborative spirit and commitment to making your team and clients successful
