What You'll Do

  • Execute primary custom quantitative and qualitative market research across a variety of therapeutic areas.
  • Independently design and write research materials, including screeners, surveys, and questionnaires.
  • Lead quantitative research tasks, including data checking, analysis, and interpretation of results.
  • Analyze findings across quantitative methodologies and connect insights into a cohesive story that supports client decision-making.
  • Contribute to client presentations.
  • Manage multiple projects at once, ensuring quality and timeliness across all deliverables.
  • Embrace and leverage the potential of technology and AI.
  • Support organic business growth by delivering high-quality work and identifying opportunities to expand client relationships and account growth.
  • Build your own client portfolio and receive RFPs independently.


What You'll Bring

  • 5+ years of experience delivering primary custom quantitative and qualitative market research projects, with a strong focus on quantitative studies.
  • Background in pharmaceutical market research, gained within a market research agency or consultancy.
  • Experience developing and analyzing surveys and quantitative data.
  • Strong relationship-building skills and a client-first focused approach.
  • Proven market research project management skills, with excellent organizational skills.
  • Clear and effective communicator with strong active listening skills.
  • Comfortable presenting to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Collaborative team player who can support the development of others.

Salary Range - Up to $125,000 depending on skills and experience
