What You'll Do

  • Lead end-to-end quantitative research studies across US and global markets
  • Partner with pharmaceutical clients to shape research objectives and uncover key business questions
  • Design and oversee survey instruments, ensuring insights are aligned to strategic needs
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, maintaining quality, timelines, and client engagement
  • Develop clear, compelling deliverables, including topline summaries and PowerPoint presentations
  • Support and contribute to business development efforts and client growth
  • Mentor and collaborate with cross-functional team members across projects
  • Bring forward new ideas, tools, and methodologies to enhance quantitative capabilities
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare market research standards, including AE reporting and pharmacovigilance requirements


What You'll Bring

  • Solid experience (8–10 years) delivering quantitative healthcare market research, including work with HCPs and patient audiences
  • A strong foundation in life sciences research, ideally gained within an agency or consultancy environment
  • Confidence building surveys and translating data into clear, meaningful insights for clients
  • Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills, with the ability to create polished, client-ready outputs
  • Comfortable working across different research platforms and quick to pick up new tools as needed
  • Highly organized, with a careful, detail-oriented approach to managing data and deliverables
  • Able to juggle multiple studies at once while keeping projects on track and clients informed
