The Job

This is a Research Director role for someone who enjoys being close to the work and the people. You’ll lead a mix of qualitative and quantitative studies, act as a trusted partner to clients, and play an active role in supporting and developing junior team members.


What You'll Do

  • Own research projects end-to-end, from initial kickoff through final delivery
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients, leading calls, discussions, and presentations
  • Shape and develop research materials such as screeners, discussion guides, surveys, and questionnaires
  • Stay closely involved in analysis and reporting, helping turn findings into clear, actionable insights
  • Balance multiple projects at once while keeping quality and timelines front of mind
  • Support and manage junior team members through guidance, coaching, and feedback


What You'll Bring

  • 8+ years of market research experience, with a strong focus on MedTech and medical devices
  • Comfortable working across both qualitative and quantitative methodologies
  • Experience in areas such as surgical devices, GI, women’s health, or cardiovascular disease
  • Confident in designing research tools and writing clear, client-ready reports
  • Strong project leadership skills, with experience managing multiple workstreams
  • Enjoys working directly with clients and leading presentations
  • Experience managing and developing junior researchers
  • Moderation experience is a plus
