What You'll Do
- Act as the lead contact for clients, guiding and executing quantitative projects from initial design through final delivery.
- Shape research approaches that fit client objectives, using the right mix of methods and analysis.
- Take part in business development by strengthening client relationships and growing business with existing clients.
- Oversee teams to ensure projects run smoothly, stay within budget, and meet deadlines.
- Present findings and recommendations in a clear, compelling way that drives impact.
- Mentor junior colleagues, supporting both their skill growth and career development.
- Get involved in internal initiatives that advance company knowledge, innovation, and culture.
What You'll Bring
- 6+ years of experience conducting primary custom market research in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong background in quantitative research design and analysis.
- Proven track record of managing supplier-side client relationships with pharmaceutical manufacturers.
- Business development experience gained with either existing or new clients.
- A balance of detail orientation and big-picture thinking.
- Creative mindset.
- Flexibility to travel occasionally.
- Bachelor's degree required.

Salary Range: up to $140,000 depending on skills and experience.
