This leadership role oversees project delivery excellence and the performance of a project management function. You’ll shape team capability, elevate client service, and drive operational improvements that strengthen delivery quality and fuel business growth.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and deliver end-to-end project management for U.S. research projects, ensuring smooth execution from setup through data collection and completion.
• Oversee project operations, resource planning, timelines, and performance metrics.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team focused on consistent, high-quality project delivery.
• Build and manage strong relationships with external partners and vendors.
• Strengthen client relationships by providing consultative guidance and timely communication.
• Contribute to shaping U.S. operations as the team grows, identifying opportunities to strengthen processes and infrastructure.

What You’ll Bring

• 8+ years of experience in healthcare or pharmaceutical market research with strong knowledge of delivery and operations.
• Experience supporting qualitative and quantitative projects.
• Leadership experience managing and developing teams.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to problem-solve and build trusted partnerships.
• A growth-oriented, entrepreneurial approach and a passion for helping people succeed.
