This is a hybrid position based in the Greater Philadelphia area, requiring on-site presence at least one day per week.

What You’ll Do

  • Support the delivery of pharmaceutical market research studies across both qualitative and quantitative methodologies
  • Act as a key point of contact for clients during the research process, helping ensure projects run smoothly and timelines are met
  • Develop research materials including discussion guides, questionnaires, and supporting project documentation
  • Coordinate closely with recruitment partners and fieldwork suppliers to ensure successful study execution
  • Monitor recruitment and fieldwork progress, providing regular updates to clients and proactively addressing potential issues
  • Participate in qualitative fieldwork, capturing detailed notes and contributing to early-stage analysis discussions
  • Contribute to data interpretation and help translate research findings into clear, structured insights
  • Develop presentation materials that communicate the research story and highlight key implications for pharmaceutical clients
  • Present sections of research findings during internal reviews and client debriefs
  • Support proposal development and assist senior team members in preparing new project proposals and client materials
  • Look for opportunities to expand work with existing clients and contribute to broader team business development efforts


What You’ll Bring

  • Experience working in pharmaceutical or healthcare market research within a consultancy or agency environment
  • Hands-on experience supporting primary custom research projects across qualitative and quantitative methodologies, with involvement in multiple stages of the research process
  • Ability to develop research materials such as discussion guides, questionnaires, and study documentation
  • Experience coordinating with fieldwork suppliers or recruitment partners
  • Strong analytical thinking with the ability to synthesize research findings into clear insights
  • Clear and confident communication skills, particularly when contributing to research presentations
  • Good organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple project tasks and deadlines
  • Collaborative mindset and willingness to work closely with colleagues across project teams
  • Commercial awareness and interest in learning how research supports broader client strategy and decision-making
  • Proficiency in common business tools such as Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
