What You'll Do
- Drive new business development - proactively seeking out and winning new clients, pitching with confidence, and closing deals while nurturing and growing existing relationships.
- Take the time to deeply understand your clients' challenges, acting as a trusted advisor who recommends the right research approaches to answer their most critical business questions.
- Lead the design and execution of custom research studies - from questionnaire development and project design through to data analysis and impactful reporting.
- Oversee the quality and performance of survey programs, ensuring everything is refined and optimized before it reaches the client.
- Keep projects on track - managing timelines, budgets, and quality standards across everything you're responsible for.
- Be the face of the business for your clients on every project, building relationships that bring people back again and again.
- Mentor and develop members of the research team, sharing your expertise and helping others do their best work.
What You'll Bring
- At least 8 years of B2B sales experience, ideally selling market research, business intelligence, or brand management solutions.
- A genuine hunter mentality - you're energized by finding new opportunities and have a proven track record of hitting and exceeding targets.
- Deep expertise in quantitative research methodologies and the confidence to advise clients on the right approach for their needs.
- Sharp analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear, compelling narratives.
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills - you know how to build rapport, influence decision-makers, and keep clients coming back.
- The ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, fully remote environment.
- The opportunity to get out from behind the screen - traveling to meet clients face-to-face and representing the business at industry events and conferences when needed.
