What You'll Do
- Partner with clients to understand their business challenges and recommend research approaches that deliver meaningful, actionable insights.
- Lead the design and execution of custom pharmaceutical studies
- Build and strengthen long-term client partnerships by serving as a trusted strategic resource and ensuring an exceptional client experience.
- Identify opportunities to broaden existing client relationships by introducing additional research solutions that address evolving business needs.
- Contribute to business development activities, including proposal development, project scoping, and supporting new client opportunities.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to a consistently high standard by monitoring progress and proactively addressing challenges.
- Keep clients and internal stakeholders informed through regular communication on project milestones, timelines, and any emerging risks.
- Coordinate with external partners and suppliers to ensure seamless execution of fieldwork, programming, data processing, and other project activities.
- Mentor and develop members of the research team, sharing your expertise and helping others do their best work.
What You'll Bring
- 5+ years of experience in a market research, insights, or consulting environment, with a progression into positions of increasing responsibility.
- A strong track record of developing and maintaining client relationships while identifying opportunities to expand existing partnerships.
- Hands-on experience designing and delivering quantitative research, with the ability to select the most appropriate methodology for the business challenge.
- Experience leading research projects from proposal or study design through final delivery, while balancing multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Proven leadership skills, with experience coaching, developing, and supporting researchers or cross-functional project teams.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities, with the confidence to translate complex findings into clear business recommendations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presenting findings and advising senior stakeholders.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly PowerPoint and Excel. Experience with statistical or analytical software is an advantage.
- A bachelor's degree in marketing, business, psychology, economics, social sciences, or a related discipline.
