  • You’re comfortable balancing research responsibilities with the administrative details that keep projects moving.
  • You enjoy working collaboratively and contributing wherever support is needed.
  • You’re interested in healthcare, pharmaceutical, payer, or market access research.

What You’ll Do

  • Work alongside the Market Research Manager to execute qualitative and quantitative projects from initial planning through final delivery.
  • Contribute to the preparation of research materials, including screeners, discussion guides, surveys, and supporting documents.
  • Support IDI's, workshops, and other primary research engagements.
  • Review notes and discussions to surface early themes, observations, and findings for the broader project team.
  • Prepare interview and discussion transcripts so they are accurate, well-organized, and ready for analysis.
  • Support client presentations by organizing findings and building content in PowerPoint.
  • Help create and maintain project plans and tracking documents to keep the team ahead of deadlines and next steps.
  • Assist with monitoring of project-related costs and support accurate budgeting, invoice management, and financial documentation.
  • Issue RFPs and RFIs to external research partners and help compare available options.
  • Maintain oversight of vendor costs and invoices, and follow through on payment processing as needed.
  • Coordinate with recruitment partners to confirm screening criteria are applied correctly, and the required respondent profiles are secured.
  • Help strengthen the research function by identifying new vendor resources, improving recruitment options, refining workflows, and keeping shared templates and tools up to date.
  • Coordinate with recruitment partners to ensure participants meet the study’s eligibility requirements and target criteria.
  • Support the continued development of internal research capabilities by expanding vendor relationships, strengthening recruitment resources, and maintaining research tools and templates.

What You’ll Bring

  • 3+ years of market research experience, ideally within a research consultancy, market research agency, full-service agency, or client-side insights and analytics team.
  • Experience with pharmaceutical or healthcare studies.
  • Familiarity with developing and executing qualitative and quantitative research.
  • Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills.
  • The ability to manage multiple responsibilities and timelines across concurrent projects.
  • Strong attention to detail, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Experience supporting payer or market access research involving health plans, pharmacy benefit managers, or integrated delivery networks (IDNs) is preferred.

Applicants must be legally authorized to work for any employer in the United States. Our client is unable to sponsor or take over the sponsorship of an employment visa.
