What You'll Do
- Take ownership of major client accounts and oversee all commercial, strategic, and project delivery aspects.
- Generate new business opportunities and drive repeat business from existing clients, ensuring financial and operational targets are met.
- Design, oversee, and deliver complex, multi-market qualitative and quantitative research projects.
- Build and maintain senior-level relationships with global healthcare and pharmaceutical clients, serving as a trusted advisor and thought partner.
- Develop and execute client account plans, ensuring clear objectives, strong communication, and measurable outcomes
- Oversee proposal writing, pricing, and resourcing decisions to ensure projects are both commercially sound and impactful.
- Identify opportunities for innovation, efficiency, and process improvement within the business.
- Represent the organization at conferences, webinars, and thought-leadership initiatives to strengthen its presence in the healthcare insights community.
- Coach and develop team members at all levels, promoting a culture of learning, accountability, and shared success.
- Ensure projects meet the highest standards - from proposal to presentation - with clear, compelling storytelling that drives client action.
- Present debriefs and lead workshops with senior client stakeholders.
- Champion internal initiatives to strengthen the company profile, efficiency, and overall excellence across the organization.
What You'll Bring
- 10+ years of supplier-side market research or consulting experience within pharmaceutical insights.
- Proven track record in driving new and existing business growth and achieving personal sales targets.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with a collaborative, coaching mindset.
- Expertise across both qualitative and quantitative methodologies.
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and client engagement skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.
