This hybrid role requires candidates to work in an office in the Greater Philadelphia area three days per week.

What You'll Do


  • Be the face of the business for a portfolio of key client accounts, overseeing growth, relationship management, and commercial success.
  • Build trusted partnerships with senior stakeholders to ensure exceptional service and long-term engagement.
  • Identify and pursue new opportunities with both existing and new clients, expanding research and strategic offerings.
  • Take a proactive role in business development by networking and building new client relationships.
  • Collaborate closely with research directors and project teams to ensure alignment between client objectives, market research study design, and outcomes to deliver a seamless client experience.
  • Help recruit and train new team members.
  • Support company visibility through marketing initiatives, thought-leadership contributions, and other brand-building activities.
  • Travel domestically and internationally as required to strengthen relationships and support client success.


What You'll Bring

  • Proven experience managing key accounts and driving business growth within a market research consultancy or agency environment with pharmaceutical clients.
  • Strong background in pharmaceutical market research or consulting.
  • Experience delivering primary research (qualitative and/or quantitative) is preferred.
  • Track record of achieving revenue growth and profitability targets with pharmaceutical clients.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
  • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and time-management skills.

Salary Range $180k to $220k, depending on skills and experience.
