  • Translate complex business challenges into clear, actionable analytics projects that drive brand growth and improve patient outcomes.
  • Lead end-to-end delivery of advanced analytics projects across patient claims, brand, marketing, and predictive analytics.
  • Design, oversee, and interpret analyses using healthcare data (claims, EMR, payer, and prescription data), ensuring outputs are accurate, meaningful, and business-ready.
  • Develop and review analytical models to evaluate brand performance, promotional effectiveness, and market opportunities.
  • Manage project scoping, proposals, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation across multiple workstreams.
  • Lead, coach, and mentor a team of analysts and managers - promoting best practices, knowledge sharing, and professional development.
  • Partner with internal and client teams to develop compelling visualizations, presentations, and executive summaries that communicate findings with clarity and impact.
  • Collaborate with business development colleagues to develop proposals that align with client needs.
  • Identify and develop growth opportunities by introducing new service offerings and enhancing existing processes.
  • Stay at the forefront of evolving analytics techniques, healthcare datasets, and AI/ML applications, bringing forward innovative ideas to strengthen the company’s service offering.

What You’ll Bring

  • 7-10+ years of experience in commercial analytics, consulting, or life sciences, with at least 4 years in a client-facing leadership role.
  • Hands-on expertise in patient claims, brand, marketing, and/or predictive analytics.
  • Strong proficiency with life sciences data sources (claims, EMR, payer) and analytical tools (SAS, Python, etc.).
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
  • Demonstrated experience in data analysis, statistical modeling, and coding (SQL, Python/F preferred).
  • Familiarity with commercial operations tools (e.g., CRM, incentive compensation platforms) and advanced analytics methodologies such as marketing mix modeling and segmentation.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • The ability to influence senior stakeholders and translate data into actionable insights.
  • Strategic thinking, curiosity, and a client-centric mindset.
  • Enthusiasm for mentoring and developing team members.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Statistics, Life Sciences, or a related field.

  • Opportunities to lead innovative analytics initiatives that shape brand strategy and improve patient outcomes.
  • Global reach and collaboration with diverse, cross-functional teams across regions.
