We’re delighted to be recruiting for an exciting Rooms Division Manager opportunity at a stunning seaside hotel in Ballycastle, one of Northern Ireland’s most picturesque coastal towns. This is a fantastic role for a hospitality professional who thrives on creating exceptional guest experiences, leading from the front, and ensuring every stay feels special.


The Role

As Rooms Division Manager, you’ll be the face of the hotel. You’ll be responsible for overseeing all front-facing departments and housekeeping. You’ll make sure everything runs seamlessly from check-in to check-out, maintaining the highest standards of service and presentation throughout the property.

You’ll lead, coach, and develop a motivated team, ensuring guests enjoy a warm welcome, a spotless stay, and a memorable experience that keeps them coming back.


What you’ll be doing:

  • Lead day-to-day operations across Front Office, Housekeeping, and Night staff
  • Deliver a first-class guest experience with genuine warmth and professionalism
  • Recruit, train, and support your team to deliver consistent, high-quality service
  • Maximise occupancy and revenue through effective yield management and upselling
  • Manage budgets, reporting, and departmental administration
  • Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene standards


What you’ll have:

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar Front Office or Rooms Division role
  • Proven experience with yield management and rate setting
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in hotel management software
  • A calm, professional approach with a genuine passion for hospitality
  • Flexibility to work weekends and holidays when required
