The Role

A hands-on leadership role responsible for day-to-day production operations. You will lead a small team, ensure safe and efficient production, and maintain high standards across the site.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily production activity

- Lead and support a small operations team

- Ensure safety, quality, and efficiency standards

- Manage yard and materials flow

- Resolve operational issues quickly

- Work with logistics to align production
