Job Title: Temporary Dental Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist


Shift: On-site Tuesday–Thursday; Remote Monday & Friday - Full-time, Temporary (through end of year)


Reports To: HR Director / Talent Acquisition Lead


Location: West Chester, PA

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team on a temporary basis through the end of the year. This role will primarily support non-provider hiring (administrative, front office, billing, and operations roles) within our growing dental organization.The ideal candidate will be a proactive and organized recruiter who can manage multiple openings, source top talent, and deliver an excellent candidate experience. Dental or healthcare recruiting experience is preferred but not required.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand position requirements and priorities for non-provider roles.
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies across job boards, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other channels.
  • Screen resumes, conduct phone interviews, and coordinate interview schedules.
  • Manage candidate pipelines, ensuring timely communication and strong follow-through.
  • Assist in onboarding coordination and pre-employment processes as needed.
  • Maintain accurate data in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and recruiting reports.
  • Represent the organization professionally and promote its culture and values to prospective employees.



Requirements:

  • 2+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience (healthcare or dental preferred).
  • Must have experience using iCIMS
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with ATS systems and online sourcing tools.
  • Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment.
