Job Description 

Job Title: Histotechnologist – Permanent Position 

Shift: Monday through Friday, 4am-12:30p OR 7am-3pm.   

Location:  Miami, FL Area

Job Responsibilities Include:   

• Processing tissue samples 
• Operating cryostats 
• Performing quality control measures and utilizing laboratory skills to support diagnostic testing. 

Requirements:   

• Histology and Pathology skills 
• Quality Control and Laboratory Skills 
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills 
• Ability to work effectively in a team setting 

Experience - Must have cryostat experience 

Education - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. Completed degree(s)/ licensing from an accredited institution that are above the minimum education requirement may be substituted for experience on a year for year basis. 

License/Certification- Histotechnologist License
