Summary
The HR Generalist will manage day-to-day HR operations for multiple clients, providing support in payroll, benefits, compliance, and employee relations. This role ensures accurate recordkeeping, efficient processes, and a positive employee experience across assigned client groups.
Responsibilities
- Maintain employee records in HRIS systems, including processing status changes and terminations
- Serve as primary point of contact for client staff and address HR-related inquiries
- Manage onboarding and offboarding processes for employees
- Administer HR policies, procedures, and programs consistently across client groups
- Process payroll accurately and timely for assigned clients
- Oversee benefits administration and leave requests
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
- Support day-to-day HR operations and contribute to process improvements
Qualifications and Skills
- 4+ years of HR and payroll experience, including multi-client or multi-system environments
- Proficiency with HRIS platforms such as ADP, UKG, Paylocity, Paycor, or Paycom
- Strong knowledge of payroll processes and employment law compliance
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field required
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
Salary
$65,000 – $75,000 annually
