Summary:

We’re building a network of experienced HR leaders for future opportunities. This role is ideal for HR professionals who excel at aligning people strategy with business goals and fostering high-performing workplace cultures.


Responsibilities:

  • Lead day-to-day HR operations including employee relations, performance management, and compliance
  • Partner with leadership to develop and execute HR strategies that support business objectives
  • Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and retention efforts to attract and engage top talent
  • Administer compensation, benefits, and leave programs while ensuring compliance with applicable laws
  • Guide and coach managers on employee relations, performance issues, and development planning
  • Maintain HR policies and procedures in alignment with best practices and legal requirements
  • Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and recommend improvements
  • Support organizational change and employee engagement initiatives
  • Manage HR systems and ensure data integrity and confidentiality


Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 7+ years of progressive HR experience, including management responsibilities
  • Strong knowledge of employment law, HR compliance, and best practices
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency with HRIS platforms and Microsoft Office Suite


Salary:

Pay is commensurate with experience.
