Human Resources Generalist

The primary objective of this role is to plan, manage and carry out the day-to-day HR activities.

 

Responsibilities

·        Ensure HRIS systems are updated with employee information and process status changes and terminations.

·        Point of contact for staff, ensuring all inquiries and matters are handled promptly

·        Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes

·        Administer various human resource plans for the different employee types

·        Assist in communicating organization policies and procedures

·  Assist with mild accounting and ensure payroll is accurate

·        Manage all aspects of benefits package as well as leave requests

·        Ensure organization is legally compliant


Qualifications

·        5+ years of Human Resources Experience

·        Bachelor's Degree preferred but open on experience

 

Salary Range: $60,000-$70,000

Work Environment: 100% on-site in Medina County
