Summary

The HRIS Analyst plays a key role in maintaining and optimizing HR technology systems, ensuring data accuracy, and supporting efficient HR operations. This role partners across departments to improve system performance, reporting capabilities, and overall user experience.


Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary system administrator for HR technology platforms

• Manage system maintenance, troubleshooting, updates, and workflow configurations

• Support integrations and ensure accurate, efficient data flow across systems

• Document requirements and test system functionality, upgrades, and interfaces

• Train HR system users and promote consistent adoption

• Collaborate with HR, IT, Payroll, and other teams on process improvements

• Lead or support HR technology projects, including implementations and annual cycles

• Maintain data integrity through audits and governance practices

• Create and analyze reports and dashboards to support data-driven decisions

• Respond to external reporting needs, including filings and surveys


Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Information Systems, Business, or related field

• Minimum 3 years of HRIS administration experience

• Advanced Excel skills; SQL and Power BI experience preferred

• Strong understanding of HR processes and compliance requirements

• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills


Salary

$90,000-110,000
