Human Resources Generalist

The primary objective of this role is to plan, manage and carry out the day-to-day HR activities for their 6-8 clients.

 

Responsibilities

  • Ensure HRIS systems are updated with employee information and process status changes and terminations.
  • Point of contact for staff, ensuring all inquiries and matters are handled promptly
  • Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Administer various human resource plans for the different employee types
  • Assist in communicating organization policies and procedures
  • Process payroll for their clients
  • Manage all aspects of benefits package as well as leave requests
  • Ensure organization is legally compliant


Qualifications

  • 4+ years of Human Resources Experience and payroll processing with multiple HRIS experience (ADP, UKG, Paylocity, Paycor, Paycom ,etc,.)
  • Bachelor's Degree


 

Salary Range: $55,000-$65,000

Work Environment: Hybrid n Cleveland or Philadelphia
