The primary objective of this role is to plan, manage and carry out the day-to-day HR activities for their 6-8 clients.
Responsibilities
- Ensure HRIS systems are updated with employee information and process status changes and terminations.
- Point of contact for staff, ensuring all inquiries and matters are handled promptly
- Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes
- Administer various human resource plans for the different employee types
- Assist in communicating organization policies and procedures
- Process payroll for their clients
- Manage all aspects of benefits package as well as leave requests
- Ensure organization is legally compliant
Qualifications
- 4+ years of Human Resources Experience and payroll processing with multiple HRIS experience (ADP, UKG, Paylocity, Paycor, Paycom ,etc,.)
- Bachelor's Degree
Salary Range: $55,000-$65,000
Work Environment: Hybrid n Cleveland or Philadelphia
