Summary
The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will support recruiting efforts by managing candidate communications, coordinating hiring activities, and ensuring a seamless onboarding process. This role partners closely with the Talent Acquisition Manager and serves as a key resource in delivering an exceptional candidate and new hire experience.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate job postings, career fairs, and university relations initiatives
- Manage applicant tracking system (ATS) and candidate relationship management (CRM) databases
- Screen resumes, conduct phone interviews, and schedule candidate interviews
- Draft offer letters and facilitate pre-employment processes including background checks
- Support onboarding activities such as new hire paperwork, orientation scheduling, and workforce system setup
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information
- Track recruiter contracts and related reporting
- Provide general recruiting and administrative support as needed
Qualifications and Skills
- 2–4 years of recruiting or HR support experience
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organizational and communication skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining confidentiality
Salary
$65,000-$70,000
