Summary:

We’re building a network of versatile HR professionals for future opportunities. This role is a great fit for individuals who excel at managing day-to-day HR operations, supporting employees and leaders, and ensuring smooth, compliant, and people-centered processes across the organization.


Responsibilities:

  • Administer and support HR programs including onboarding, benefits, performance management, and compliance
  • Partner with managers to address employee relations issues and promote a positive workplace culture
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation
  • Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures
  • Support recruiting efforts and coordinate interviews, offers, and new hire processes
  • Manage leave administration and ensure adherence to applicable laws and company policy
  • Participate in HR projects and initiatives that enhance employee engagement and retention
  • Provide guidance to employees on HR-related questions and policies


Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 3–5 years of generalist experience supporting multiple HR functions
  • Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
  • Proficiency with HRIS platforms and Microsoft Office Suite



Salary:

Pay is commensurate with experience.
