Summary:

Responsibilities:

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating offers
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future roles
  • Utilize various sourcing methods including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals
  • Maintain accurate candidate data within applicant tracking systems
  • Ensure a smooth and professional experience for candidates throughout the hiring process
  • Provide market insights and recommend process improvements to enhance recruiting efficiency
  • Support employer branding initiatives to attract top talent


Qualifications and Skills:

  • 3–5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in a corporate or agency environment
  • Proven ability to source and engage candidates across multiple platforms
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment


Salary:

Pay is commensurate with experience.
