Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating offers
- Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future roles
- Utilize various sourcing methods including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals
- Maintain accurate candidate data within applicant tracking systems
- Ensure a smooth and professional experience for candidates throughout the hiring process
- Provide market insights and recommend process improvements to enhance recruiting efficiency
- Support employer branding initiatives to attract top talent
Qualifications and Skills:
- 3–5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in a corporate or agency environment
- Proven ability to source and engage candidates across multiple platforms
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
