Summary:
We’re building a network of skilled payroll professionals for future opportunities. This role is designed for experts who ensure accurate, timely, and compliant payroll processing while supporting a seamless employee experience and strong internal partnerships.
Responsibilities:
- Process multi-state payroll accurately and on schedule for hourly and salaried employees
- Maintain payroll records and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
- Collaborate with HR and Finance to ensure accuracy of employee data, deductions, and reporting
- Handle payroll adjustments, retroactive pay, and garnishments with precision
- Prepare and reconcile payroll reports, taxes, and year-end filings
- Research and resolve payroll discrepancies or employee inquiries
- Support audits and implement process improvements to enhance payroll efficiency
- Maintain confidentiality and data integrity at all times
Qualifications and Skills:
- 5+ years of payroll processing experience in a multi-state environment
- Strong understanding of wage and hour laws, payroll tax, and compliance standards
- Experience with payroll systems such as ADP, UKG, Paylocity, or Dayforce
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
Salary:
