The starting compensation for this role is a union negotiated rate and is NOT flexible, regardless of experience. $8,000 sign-on bonus. Starting rate is $34.65/hour, moving to $35.15/hour after working 40 shifts. 1.5x overtime for weekly hours over 40, overtime readily available. $0.50 night shift differential. If selected, you will be set up for an ON-SITE technical assessment in Memphis, TN. The company will provide travel arrangements if you are not local to Memphis. The technical assessment will consist of a hands-on mechanical skills assessment and a mechanical comprehension test.
