Position: Quality Assurance Manager - Baked Goods Manufacturing

Compensation: $110,000–$125,000 base + 15% bonus

Location: Rossville, TN (relocation available)

Leading organic baked goods manufacturer is looking for a Quality Assurance Manager (QA Manager) to join their team at their Rossville, TN plant. This role will lead quality assurance initiatives across the facility and ensure every product meets quality standards before it reaches customers. You'll have the opportunity to spearhead QA for one of the industry's leading organic food brands, working through daily challenges that require both attention to detail and big-picture thinking in a fast-moving, evolving environment. You'll lead a team of QA professionals and play a meaningful role in the plant's continued growth.

Key requirements:

• Proven experience leading a quality assurance team in a food production facility - prior bakery / baked goods experience is strongly preferred
• Degree in Food Science, Nutrition, Chemistry, or other relevant field
• Strong knowledge and/or certification in HACCP and SQF/BRC
• Proven track record in leading BRC or SQF audits
• Solid people management and team coaching skills
• Strong analytical and strategic problem-solving skills for QA/QC issues
• Effective communicator able to work across different personalities and departments
• Experience solving complex QA/QC technical issues a plus
• Willingness to work flexible shifts to cover vacations, sick days, or leave as needed

In this role, you'll troubleshoot and resolve product quality issues, keep HACCP and Food Safety systems current with changes in the plant, ingredients, and suppliers, and maintain team alignment with company priorities. You'll support the management team with timely KPIs reflecting the health of the plant's quality and food safety systems.

Compensation for this role is $110,000–$125,000+ base plus a 15% bonus. This position is based full-time at the Rossville, TN facility.
