Currently, we are searching for a New York City based Territory Sales Rep for a leading distributor of premium natural stone materials, including marble, granite, and onyx. This role is focused on growing business across the five boroughs, Long Island, and parts of Connecticut
The primary responsibility is to generate new business while managing and growing existing accounts across a high-potential territory of fabricators, architects, designers, builders, and developers.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop new business through cold calling, networking, and in-person outreach across the five boroughs, Long Island, and CT
- Promote marble, granite, onyx, and hardscape materials to decision makers in the territory.
- Conduct showroom meetings, site visits, and presentations
- Maintain active pipeline and follow-up tracking using Salesforce
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client-facing functions
REQUIREMENTS
- Proven success in outside sales within the stone industry with experience managing a minimum of $3MM stone business.
- Deep knowledge of marble, granite, and exterior stone products
- Strong relationship-building and territory management skills
- Experience working with landscape designers and hardscape clients (preferred)
- CRM proficiency (Salesforce preferred)
COMPENSATION
- Base Salary = $125,000â$150,000
- Commission = 3% on paid and delivered sales (expected OTE: $175Kâ$210K depending on book of business)
