This is an excellent opportunity for someone with construction knowledge and professional polish who’s ready to step into a flexible, field-based position.

If that sounds like you, let’s talk — this role offers meaningful work, a travel-based schedule, and room to grow with a strong and established company in the industry.

Why This Opportunity?

  • One Week On / One Week Off: Enjoy true balance with a rotating schedule that allows for regular downtime between projects.
  • Travel & Independence: Visit mobile home and RV parks across the country; no two projects are the same.
  • Competitive Pay: ~$70,000/year based on average workload. Want more? Take on more projects and travel more to increase earnings!

  • Inspecting mobile home and RV park properties in depth — from infrastructure to unit interiors.
  • Coordinating with specialists (e.g., electricians, plumbers, HVAC technicians) to evaluate specific systems and conditions.
  • Assembling findings into clear, thorough reports for company review and presentation.
  • Managing your schedule with flexibility while meeting project timelines.
  • Representing the company professionally when interacting with property owners and investor partners.

What You Bring

  • Solid understanding of general construction, utilities, and property systems.
  • Ability to coordinate subcontractors and gather expert insights as needed.
  • High attention to detail and ability to identify risks or needed repairs.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills — clarity and professionalism are a must.
  • Integrity and thoroughness — you’ll be trusted to report the true condition of high-value assets.
  • Ability to travel frequently and work independently in a fast-paced field setting.
