Currently, we are searching for an Installation Manager for a flooring and countertop company based in Abilene, TX. This role is responsible for overseeing subcontracted flooring crews, coordinating across departments, and ensuring high-quality project execution in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage day-to-day operations for all flooring installations
• Conduct job site visits to inspect work quality and ensure project standards are met
• Coordinate schedules and communication between internal teams, clients, and subcontractors
• Support field crews with materials, access, and onsite troubleshooting
• Use internal software to track timelines, progress, and installation status

REQUIREMENTS

• 2+ years experience in construction or flooring installation management
• Bilingual (Preferred)
• Able to lead subcontracted crews and resolve job-site issues professionally
• Comfortable balancing multiple projects and deadlines

COMPENSATION

• On-Target Earnings: $50,000–$70,000 (base + commission on project margin)
