We are seeking an experienced Plant Manager to lead and oversee daily operations within our fabrication facility. This is a key leadership role responsible for ensuring production efficiency, quality, and timely delivery while creating a positive and motivated workplace culture. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader with proven experience in production management, strong organizational skills, and the ability to drive results without sacrificing quality or team morale.
Location: Mount Airy, NC
Pay: $100,000 annually
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00am – 5:00pm (may vary with business needs)
Reports to: Chief Operating Officer
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and manage all aspects of production to meet delivery schedules.
- Lead, coach, and motivate production teams to achieve performance goals.
- Analyze production data to identify opportunities for efficiency and improvement.
- Implement process improvements to reduce loss and enhance productivity.
- Ensure operations maintain a balance of efficiency, safety, quality, and employee satisfaction.
