Schedule Full time, Monday through Friday, availability between 7 am and 5 pm

Compensation 18.00 to 22.00 per hour, paid weekly

About the Role

Concierge Flooring Installation brings a mobile flooring showroom and professional installation experience directly to customers in the greater Chicagoland area. As a Delivery Driver Non CDL you support that experience by safely delivering flooring materials to homes, businesses, and warehouses, and by providing professional service at every stop.

What You Will Do

• Drive a company vehicle to deliver flooring materials throughout the Chicagoland area.
• Load and unload materials by hand and with basic equipment, often handling heavy or bulky items.
• Verify orders, secure loads, and ensure materials arrive in good condition and on time.
• Use GPS or routing tools to follow assigned routes through city and suburban neighborhoods.
• Communicate with the warehouse and operations team regarding delivery status or route issues.
• Perform basic vehicle inspections and report any maintenance needs.
• Keep the delivery vehicle clean, organized, and compliant with safety expectations.
• Provide friendly, respectful service to customers, crews, and colleagues at each job site.

What You Bring

• Valid, unrestricted driver license.
• Clean driving record with no major violations, points, or insurance issues.
• Ability to pass a background check, drug screen, and motor vehicle record check.
• Previous experience in local delivery, route driving, or a similar role is preferred.
• Comfort using GPS or similar tools for navigation.
• Physical ability to frequently lift and carry up to 50 pounds, and to handle extended periods of walking, standing, loading, and unloading.
• Reliable and punctual work habits with strong personal responsibility and integrity.
• Good communication skills with the ability to work cooperatively with customers, coworkers, and leadership.
• Consistent availability Monday through Friday between 7 am and 5 pm.
