What You’ll Be Doing:
As a Lead Installer, your day will include:
- Safely transporting, unloading, and installing solid surface countertops.
- Reviewing jobsite requirements and installation plans using Moraware and Job Well Done software.
- Seam joining, leveling, sanding, and on-site problem solving with minimal supervision.
- Collaborating clearly with your install helper, scheduler, and project manager.
- Ensuring each project meets our company's high standards for quality and customer satisfaction.
- Performing onsite repairs (cracks, refinishing, short-cut solutions) and touch-ups as needed.
- Following company health and safety practices and wearing appropriate PPE.
What You Bring:

Installation Mastery – Confident in seaming, sanding, repairing, and refinishing solid surface materials (e.g., Corian®, Avonite®).

Jobsite Readiness – Comfortable working in active construction environments and interacting professionally with clients.

Strong Communication – Capable of leading a team member and coordinating effectively with office support staff.

Technical Tools Savvy – Familiar with Moraware and Job Well Done, or quick to learn digital tools for job tracking.

Experience – 1–5 years in solid surface, millwork, or general construction; countertop experience preferred.

Physical Readiness – Able to lift, bend, walk, stand, and work with hands daily. Must have valid driver’s license.
