We are looking for a driven, high-energy Sales Executive to grow our residential and commercial stone fabrication business. This newly created role is ideal for a motivated sales professional who thrives in the field, enjoys building relationships, and is excited about generating new business. Keep in mind: this is not a desk job. We’re seeking someone who is energized by getting out into the market, meeting new customers, and creating opportunities.

About the Role

As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through new customer acquisition and expanding existing accounts within the construction and remodeling industry. You’ll work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution while maintaining a strong presence in the field.

What You’ll Do

  • Meet with existing accounts to increase share of business
  • Prospect and cold call new builders, remodelers, kitchen & bath dealers, designers, and contractors
  • Develop and maintain strong industry relationships
  • Present product offerings, programs, and pricing
  • Prepare and follow up on quotes in partnership with inside sales and estimating teams
  • Coordinate with templating, production, and installation teams to ensure smooth execution
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions
  • Track sales activity and manage pipeline in CRM/ERP systems
  • Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity

What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years of outside sales experience (building materials preferred)
  • Background in construction materials, countertops, cabinetry, or related industries is a plus
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM/ERP systems
  • Bilingual (english/spanish) is a plus, but not required
