Currently, we are searching for an experienced General Manager for our client in the Raleigh market. Our client is a premier natural and engineered stone distributor with established business in Raleigh, NC, Charleston, SC, and Virginia Beach, VA and a great reputation in the industry.

The current owners are nearing retirement and are open to future ownership stake so there is tremendous short and long-term upside. Experience in the stone industry is highly preferred because of this. SALES background is also highly preferred.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

In short, if you've been in the industry, you know the job responsibilities. However, a common list of responsibilities include:

• Oversee all Sales and Operations for all 3 branches.
• Effectively determine areas of revenue growth and business development.
• Own full P&L for the branch.
• Ensure safe and efficient operations while working to improve processes, workflow, and productivity.
• Typical administrative tasks for the industry/role

REQUIREMENTS:

• At least 3+ years B2B working in the stone industry. (5-10 years preferred)
• At least 3+ years experience managing P&L, sales and operations teams
• Experience working with stone fabricators is a HIGHLY PREFERRED
• Bachelor's degree OR adequate professional experience to match

COMPENSATION:

• Total Comp expectations = $150,000 - $250,000+
• Base + Commission + Bonus
