What You’ll Be Doing
- Assist with surface prep, materials staging, and site organization.
- Support cutting, setting, grouting, and finishing under direction of senior setters.
- Maintain tools and equipment and keep a clean, safe jobsite.
- Learn to read drawings and blueprints while building trade skills every day.
- Practice safe work habits and contribute to a positive, professional team.
What You Bring
- Strong work ethic, willingness to learn, and a team-first mindset.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in varied positions.
- Reliable transportation and a valid NH driver’s license.
- OSHA-10 Certification or willingness to obtain.
