About the Role
We are seeking an ambitious and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to grow business in the greater Las Vegas market. The ideal candidate will have experience in the stone, granite, marble, or slab industry and established relationships with professionals in the A&D, Builder, General Contractor, Fabricator, and Kitchen & Bath sectors.
This role focuses on developing new business, managing client relationships, and promoting high-quality stone products across both residential and commercial markets.
Responsibilities
Prospecting and Lead Generation
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities with contractors, builders, architects, design firms, and kitchen & bath professionals.
- Conduct cold calls, site visits, presentations, and follow-ups to build a strong client pipeline.
- Attend trade shows, networking events, and industry functions to promote brand awareness.
- Provide expert guidance on product selection and project solutions during client visits.
Order Processing and Follow-Up
- Prepare accurate quotes and estimates based on customer needs and project specifications.
- Track and manage orders to ensure accuracy and on-time delivery.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve order or inventory issues promptly.
- Maintain consistent communication with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
Reporting and CRM Updates
- Record all sales activities, client interactions, and progress updates in CRM systems.
- Monitor performance against sales goals and report regularly to management.
- Analyze client data to identify sales trends, upselling opportunities, and areas for strategic improvement.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales within the stone, granite, marble, or slab industry required.
- Proven success in outside sales or account management roles.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with internal teams.
- Knowledge of natural stone, engineered stone, porcelain, and related surface materials and their applications.
Location: Las Vegas, NV
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday (some local travel required)
Reports to: Sales Manager / Ownership
